Our engagements typically start with a kick-off on-site visit. During the first visit we will work with your team to understand your needs and establish the project plan. The length and frequency of our subsequent visits will be driven by the project plan and the desired level of our involvement. In the most hands-off mode we will simply review work progress periodically and provide you advice upon request. In the most hands-on mode we will work close with your team and can take responsibility for parts of the project.
